Since 2005, The Home Group and our parent company have been creating forward-thinking solutions to lower the cost of of home construction, renovation, investment and resale. We have successfully worked on hundreds of projects on behalf of our clients. Our beginnings were in the Philadelphia Metro market and our mission was always to break the molds and shake the off the mold that is often found with contractors who serve home owners directly.
Our services over the years have included of course roofing, but we have also provided full construction of residential properties and countless rehabs as well. More importantly, we have delivered timely and experienced project management, and an approach that lowers both cost and timeframe of most projects while increasing value and property equity.

Technology In The Right Hands
Our new drone-based roofing inspection system, powered by XAP360 is quite simply the most exciting of the services we have been privileged to offer to home owners. With this new technology, we are able to scan, review and report on even the smallest amount of damage on your roof as a result of storm or environmental damage in almost real time.
Our proprietary system was only available until recently to a few giant insurance companies and was primarily used for risk management – in this case collecting data on specific storms and weather occurrences that cause different types of roofs to become compromised. Well, The Home Group is now one of less than 50 companies in the world using this technology on behalf of private home owners so they we can identify roof issues immediately and before they become problematic. By mapping and photographing your roof with unheard of specificity, we can then see even the smallest amount of weather damage on your roof. With this information in report form we then in most cases can help you get a new roof that is covered by your homeowners insurance.

We are not traditional roofing contractors. That may seem odd to hear from the company who is going to manage and install your new roof – but here is why: The Home Group is a group of 15+ year experienced roofing/construction contractors and project managers who have turned our attention entirely to insurance-supported roof replacement for private home and industrial property owners.
We have put together on a regional basis, only the best roofing contractors available and those who adhere to our stringent requirements to handle your roofing project. And since each project is different, so are the members of the group to respond to that. By acting together we are able to offer you more management, better materials and higher-quality work at a lower cost. We follow a careful and tightly-managed process from start to finish – and by pre-negotiating with all the group members we can simply do it better.
